Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 and learned AGP for Respondent No.4-State. 2.

The petition is ripe for fnal hearing. Rule is issued in the year 2018. The subject matter of controversy in the present petition concerns approval Aarti Palkar 1 / 2

11.WP.2484.2014.doc to the Petitioner's appointment as Assistant Teacher. The Petitioner claims to have been appointed as Assistant Teacher in Respondent No.2-School vide appointment letter dated 12.06.2007. The Respondent-Management's proposal for approval to the Petitioner's appointment has been pending for a long time. The Petitioner has approached Respondent No.3 with a request for considering approval to his appointment expeditiously. On these facts, the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.3-Education Ofcer (Secondary) to take an appropriate decision on the pending proposal of the Petitioner's appointment in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, Rule is made absolute, and the writ petition is allowed by directing Respondent No.3-Education Ofcer (Secondary) to consider the proposal for approval to the Petitioner's appointment as Assistant Teacher as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today. In case of processing the proposal in respect of the Petitioner's appointment, if any documents or further compliance are called for from Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the latter shall render necessary assistance and submit documents or make compliance, as the case may be.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.

In view of disposal of the present writ petition, the connected civil applications as well as interim applications in this writ petition are disposed of accordingly.
