Ms. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to delete the respondent no.7 from the cause title of the petition, since the respondent no.7 has already submitted a proposal for payment of pension and the retiral benefits to the respondent nos. 1 to 4 on 23rd November, 2021.

Mr. Mali, learned AGP for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 on instruction states that the proposal submitted by the Management has been already forwarded to the Accountant General for payment. Statement is accepted.

Accountant General is accordingly directed to process the said proposal sent by the Management and forwarded by respondent nos. 1

bdp 10-wp-1754.17.doc to 3 to the respondent no.4 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pay an amount due and payable to the petitioner within the said period with interest @ 8% p.a. from the due date till payment, without fail.

Writ Petition is allowed in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 6.

Place the matter on board for reporting compliance on 17th January, 2022.
