Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned PP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this application by directing Respondent No. 2 to allow the Applicant to apply afresh for grant of parole / furlough leave. Ordered accordingly. Any application, if made, shall be decided on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law. 3.
