However since the Respondent No.1D has passed away, the above Civil Application is taken out to bring the heirs of Respondent No.1D on record. A copy of the Civil Application has been served on the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1D. An affidavit proving service dated 06.07.2017 is taken on record. For reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
