By order dated 27/01/2016, the applicant was granted interim relief. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicant attended the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and cooperated with the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 27/01/2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station, the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section 160 of Cr.P.C. 3.
