Heard. The learned Counsel for the petitioner upon instructions submits that the Petitioner be released on furnishing cash bail of Rs. 3 Lakhs. The applicant shall furnish bail with two solvent sureties within 6 weeks from the date of his release. In the eventuality that the bail is not furnished with solvent sureties within 6 weeks from today from the date of his release, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai shall issue non-bailable Talwalkar 1/2

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner upon instructions submits that the Petitioner would not seek any extension of time to furnish bail and two solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each.
