Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2) Respondent No.1 is absent though duly served. 3) The applicant is the original opponent in RCC No.2377/2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.5, Pune has prayed that the proceedings of the said complaint may be expedited.

4) For the reasons stated in the application and after taking into consideration the fact that the respondent No.1 is absent though duly served, I am inclined to grant relief as prayed by the applicant. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.5, Pune seized of RCC No.2377/2014 is hereby directed to expedite the hearing of the said case and finally decide the same within a period of one year from today.
