None for the appellant though called out twice. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that on 9th February 2016, the appellant has issued a communication stating therein that as per the notice issued by the Municipal Corporation, the structure in question has been demolished.

From the aforesaid, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the the appeal.
