Learned counsel Mr. Dewani appearing on behalf of the applicants submitted that Criminal Application No.278 of 2019 is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report and the same is pending in this court. Learned counsel Mr. Dewani further submitted that the present application is filed for amendment to the main application by incorporating additional grounds particularly the grounds in support of a interim prayer, in main application. He further submitted that the amendment sought for is neither changing the tenor of the main application nor it would cause any prejudice to the contesting respondent (Respondent No.1) being represented through a counsel in the matter.
