This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 7/12/2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge in ABA No. 2340 of 2015. By an order dated 7/12/2015, the applicant was granted prearrest bail in Crime No. 196 of 2015 registered at Navghar Police Station under section 3, 7 and 8 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955. The applicant was to furnish P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- and one surety in like amount.

912.appln51.17.sxw The learned Counsel for the applicant prays that the order may be modified to the extent that instead of one surety, one or more sureties be granted.

The application deserves to be allowed. The order dated 7/12/2015 passed by the Sessions Court, Greater Bombay is modified as follows :

"In the event of arrest in Crime No. 196 of 2015 registered at Navghar Police Station under sections 3, 7 and 8 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one or more sureties in the like amount."
