This First Appeal challenges an order rejecting the Appellant's application under Sections 7, 10 and 29 of the Guardian & Wards Act, 1890. The application was made without joining any one as party respondent. Learned Counsel has filed the present First Appeal challenging that order. Learned Counsel prays for liberty being given to withdraw the application under Sections 7, 10 and 29 of the Guardian & Wards Act, 1890, with liberty to file an appropriate application after joining proper parties to the application. There is no respondent to the First Appeal. In the premises, the impugned order of the District Court, Pune dated 30 October 2015 is set aside and the Applicant/Applicant is permitted to withdraw his application being Misc. Application No.347 of 2015 with liberty to file a fresh application after joining proper parties to such application.
