The only grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent authorities, on one hand, have not completed e-tendering and, on the other hand, are continuing with the contract allotted to Respondent no.3.

Mr. Gangal, the learned Counsel for Respondent nos.1 and 2 - CIDCO, on instructions, states that e-tendering process will commence within a fortnight from today and will be completed within shortest possible period. We record the statement.
