The applicant is stated to be lodged in Arthur Road Central Prison. Respondent no. 2/complainant is present with her parents. Similarly mother and elder brother of the applicant are present. Parties jointly state that because of relations and affair between applicant and respondent no.2, they have decided to perform their marriage. In view of the joint request, we direct the parties to place on record necessary documents to show their bona fide. As parties have come from UP, we list the matter on 13/02/2019 at 3.00 pm for further consideration.

Respondent no.1 State to produce the applicant Farhan on that date before this court.
