However, remark column records that the Court service notice was served upon the petitioner on which the petitioner has written a note to the Hon'ble Chief Justice, stating that as his advocate has expired and he is an old man and not keeping good health, he is not interested in pursuing the case. He has stated that case may be dismissed.

From the said remarks, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence Petition is rejected. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
