It is open for the Petitioners to challenge the order/communication issued by the Tahsildar, which according to Petitioners does not reflect the correct position. If the Petitioners tender an appropriate Appeal to the Appellate Authority provided under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, the said Authority shall deal with the issue and pass appropriate order expeditiously. 2.

With liberty aforesaid, petition is disposed of. 3.

All contentions of parties are kept open for consideration of Appellate Authority.
