30 AUGUST 2022 P.C. :- The Petitioner had moved an application under Section 167(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, which was rejected on 14 October 2020. Thereafter, this Petition was filed on 28 January 2021 and circulated by praecipe dated 23 August 2022.

The Petition is filed for habeas corpus, which is misconceived. The Petitioner's Application for seeking bail under Section 167(2) has been rejected as far back on 14 October 2020. The Petitioner should have taken appropriate steps in respect of the said order. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
