Both the writ petitions arises out of proceedings under

901-wp645-2020.doc section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The subject matter of the petition is a property bearing Gat No.145 admeasuring 10 hectare 07 R, situated at village Talegaon Vani, Tal. Dindori, Dist. Nashik along with two storied bungalow admeasuring 5576 square feet.

During pendency of present writ petitions, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute in terms of compromise deed dated 19th October, 2022 and confirmation deed dated 11th October, 2022. The parties have agreed to abide by the terms of compromise deed and confirmation deed.

The affidavit annexing the copy of compromise deed and confirmation deed is taken on record.

In view of the said affidavit, both the petitions are disposed of in terms of compromise deed and confirmation deed. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
