It appears on hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the writ petition, that there is a misjoinder of parties inasmuch as though the petitioners are appointed in various schools run by the petitioner No.42 - Trust, the schools are not joined as parties and separate petitions are not filed by the employees of the respective schools. It would be necessary for the petitioners to file separate petitions as the petitioners are appointed in different schools run by the petitioner No.42 - Trust. In view of the aforesaid, Mr.Bandiwadekar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file separate petitions.
