By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner interalia seeks the following reliefs :

"(a) That this Honourable Court be pleased to issue a writ mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the Application / complaint / appeal dated 16th September, 2021 filed by the Petitioner against the Respondent No.3 for disqualification under Section 16 read with Section 14(1)(j-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959 as early as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks;"

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent No.2 states that the Application / complaint / appeal dated 16th September, 2021 filed by the Petitioner will SSP 1/2

The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. ( MILIND N.
