This Petition was heard on 11.04.2019. On that date, Mr. Shah gave undertaking to the effect that respondent No.1 will handover vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the petitioner No.1 on or before 30.04.2019. Mr. Shah states that respondents have handed over possession to the petitioner No.1 on 30.04.2019. 3.

Ms Panchal confirms the said fact. On instructions, she further states that petitioner will withdraw the execution proceedings.

As the possession is handed over, no further orders are necessary.
