Mr. Shriniwas S. Patwardhan for the Respondent. Coram : Ranjit More & Dr. Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, JJ.

Date : March 16, 2016.

P. C. :

1.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner at the outset makes a statement that the Petitioner is restricting this petition only to prayer clause (b). Statement is accepted. By prayer clause (b), the Petitioner has sought a direction to the Respondent to decide his application for development, namely the application dated 11th November 2009. Without going into merits of the matter, in our view the petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the Corporation - the Respondent herein to decide the Petitioner's said application as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
