2] Mr. Vyas, on instructions, states that the petitioner and respondent No.1 have filed Consent Terms in the suit and the suit is disposed of. He submits that this petition takes exception to the order dated 17th November 2018 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court at Bombay in Revision Application No. 424 of 2018 arising out of the order dated 5th June 2018 passed below Exhibit-92 in L.E. Suit No. 126/154 of 2012. He submits that as the main suit itself is disposed of, this petition is rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of.

4] In view of the statement made by Mr. Vyas that the suit itself is disposed of, the petition challenging the interlocutory order does not survive and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
