Heard. Applicant is seeking pre-arrest Bail in C.R. No.7 of 2020 registered with V.P. Road Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 370

(2) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3, 4, 5, 7(1)(b) of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1966.

Prima-facie, complainant suggest that the applicant is running the brothel and living on the earning of prostitution.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states, that the premises allegedly raided i.e. Room No.3, was neither in his possession nor had interest therein. He submitted, he was in possession of Room No.5, as a tenant and therefore, it is contended applicant was not concerned with the brothel allegedly run in Room No.3.

Be that as it may, prima-facie, evidence shows applicants, complicity and also in view of the criminal antecedents, in my view no case is made out to grant relief of pre-arrest bail to the applicant. 6.

Application is rejected.
