This is an application for modification of order dated 22nd January 2019 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.2352 of 2018. The applicant seeks relaxation of condition No.(iv) wherein applicant was directed to report Anti Extortion Cell, General Crime Branch, CID Unit, Mumbai on first Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm till further period.

Learned advocate for applicant submitted that after applicant was actually released on bail, he has been complying the condition of reporting. Charge sheet is filed against applicant. Supplementary charge sheet is also filed against applicant. The charge has not been framed.

Considering the fact that applicant has been reporting Anti Extortion Cell for substantial period of time, further attendance can be exempted by relaxing condition. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The order dated 22nd January 2019 passed in Bail Application No.2352 of 2018 is modified and condition no.(iv) directing the applicant to report Anti Extortion Cell, General Crime Branch, CID Unit, Mumbai is relaxed;

(ii) The interim application stand disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
