This Appeal from Order is directed against the ad-interim order dated 27.11.2014 passed in draft Notice of Motion in L.C. Suit No.2109 of 2014 by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Borivali, Dindoshi, Mumbai. I am informed that the Notice of Motion so also a Chamber Summons for amendment of the plaint are pending since the year 2014.

During the pendency of this Appeal from Order, this Court has not passed any order. As three years have lapsed, I am of the view that the trial Court shall hear both the Chamber Summons and the 1 / 2
