1] Both the petitioners are present with their advocate. Respondent No.1 is present with his advocate. Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR under sections 452, 324,323,504, 506(2) and 34 of IPC.

5] In this situation, subject to the petitioners paying an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Police Welfare Fund of State of Maharashtra within two weeks from today, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause "a".
