Delay in filing the application stands condoned. Abatement is set aside.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. Stand over to 13 June 2024.

If the proposed heirs of Respondent No.10 do not file any affidavit by the next date, then it will be presumed that they are not opposing the claim of the Petitioner.
