Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Learned Counsel upon instructions submits that the applicant would surrender before the concerned Magistrate on or before 17th March, 2017.

In view of this, the applicant is protected till 5 p.m. of 17th March, 2017. Before surrendering before concerned Magistrate, the applicant shall give notice to the concerned police station as well as public prosecutor.
