On behalf of the State Government, a statement is made that by ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2022.02.14 14:45:50 +0530 within twelve weeks the State Government in its appropriate department will decide the Petitioner's representation dated 29th October 2021. We permit the Petitioner to put in a supplementary representation in regard to the additional salary or wage bill incurred since the deputation of additional staff and for the period taken in deciding their representation.

We give further liberty to the Petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding depending upon the outcome of the decision. 14th February 2022

Lastly, we clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy between the parties. All contentions are expressly left open.
