The present Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 25.08.2022 in respect of which Appeal has been filed under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 before Respondent No. 3.

Admittedly, the said Appeal is a statutory Appeal. Parties have already been heard as far back as on 18.10.2022 and Respondent No. 3 has closed the matter for orders thereafter. 4.

Mr. Pujari, learned AGP has obtained instructions on telephone from the office of Respondent No. 3 and has submitted that the reasoned speaking order shall be passed by Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the above statement made by the learned AGP, Writ Petition stands disposed. Needless to state that the impugned order dated 25.08.2022 shall not be enforced against the Petitioner until passing of the reasoned order and for a further period of two weeks thereafter if the said order is against the Petitioner to enable the Society to take recourse to an appropriate remedy.
