The petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in respect of FIR No.438 of 2016 registered with Santacruz Police Station. Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation into the said FIR is already completed and charge-sheet is filed before the concerned magistrate on 1st December, 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, against the two accused. 3.

In the above circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner, no more survives for consideration. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
