The learned A.P.P states that the report of the Handwriting Expert has been received and based on the said report as also the other material which has been uncovered during the investigation an appropriate report would be filed before the Trial Court. 2.

In view thereof, it is not necessary to keep the above Criminal Application pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of. The

Needless to state, that contingent upon the report that would be filed that it would be open for the Applicants to thereafter take appropriate recourse, if the need so arises.
