By this application, the applicants seeks condonation of delay of 65 days in filing revenue petition. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the reasons recorded in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the civil application explaining delay in filing review petition. I am of the view that the applicants have sufficiently explained the delay of 65 days in filing review petition. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Civil application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place second appeal on board for admission on 9th December, 2015. 3.

Till 9th December, 2015, the respondents shall not take possession of the property pursuant to the impugned decree. It is made clear that the measurement of the property can continue.
