The learned counsel for the applicant after taking instructions from his client makes a statement that he does not want to press all these Civil Applications and Appeals from Order. He further submits that applicant also do not want to proceed with the suits filed by them in the Trial Court. He seeks liberty to withdraw the Appeals from Order, Civil Applications and suits pending in Trial Court.

To that effect, advocate for the applicant has given in writing on farad. Same is taken on record. Applicant is permitted to withdraw Appeals from Order, Civil Applications as well as suits pending in the Trial Court.

All the Appeals from Order and pending Civil Applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Applicant to make appropriate application in the Trial Court for withdrawal of the suits.
