1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Assistant Police Inspector Mr. Khonde attached to Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan on 12th April 2022 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No. 270 of 2022. As far as Petitioners are concerned, a supplementary chargesheet has been filed on 8th February 2023 before the same Court.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy in favour of Petitioners, Petition is disposed off.
