The applicant i.e., original claimant has moved this application for withdrawal of money deposited by the appellant insurance company.
The learned Counsel for the applicant/claimant submitted that the applicant wants to file cross objections to the Judgement and Award of the Tribunal granting compensation of Rs.1,36,000/- with interest @ 7.5%. 2.
The learned Counsel for the insurance company submitted that the insurance company has already paid Rs.25,000/- towards
caf.2797.2015_12.doc No Fault Liability and the amount of compensation is also deposited.

It is an injury claim. In view of the submissions, the applicant/claimant is allowed to withdraw Rs.40,000/- upon furnishing a usual personal bond and the remaining amount is to be deposited in a fixed deposit with a nationalised bank. 4.
