By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to restore Writ Petition No.13605 of 2018 which stands dismissed for nonremoval of office objections as per order dated 30.11.2018 passed by this court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it remained on their part to remove all office objections within stipulated time as stated hereinabove. He submits that now they have removed all office objections. Statement is accepted. The Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a Writ Petition (ST) 13605 of 2018 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits .

b Applicant to remove all office objections if any, within two weeks from today.

c Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. d No order as to costs.
