Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition challenges the interim order passed by the Sessions Court in a pending appeal under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Since the appeal is pending and the interim order appears to be reasonable to the extent that the petitioner is directed to pay fifty per cent of the amount stated by the Magistrate in his order, I am not inclined to to interfere with the interim order.

The petition is dismissed.
