P.C.:- In view of the Order dated 3rd July, 2012 passed by the Hon' ble the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No(s). 53 of 2012 directing the Petitioner-Bank to furnish Bank Guarantee during the pendency of the said Appeal, I find that, the Trial Court has rightly passed impugned Order dated 22nd January, 2020 below Exhibit-1 in Appeal No. 14 of 2016.

No interference in the said Order is therefore necessary. However, at the request of Mr. Kapse, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the period to furnish bank guarantee is hereby extended by six weeks from today.

By consent of the parties, the period to dispose of the Appeal 1/2
