The petition seems to be just a ploy to direct Respondent No.2 to expeditiously dispose petitioners' review application dated 17th December 2022. We say this because on 10th February 2023 circulation was taken and was granted for today, i.e., 15th January 2023. Petitioners, however, have chosen not to inform Respondent No.2 against whom prayer clause (a) is directed that the Petition is going to be listed today for admission and Petitioners have sought circulation. In the circumstances, we do not wish to entertain the Petition. Petition dismissed with costs.

Petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-, each, to Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.4, and, this amount shall be paid within two weeks from today. Respondent No.2 shall entertain the Review Application provided he is satisfied that these amounts have been paid. Petitioners shall file an affidavit of compliance before Respondent No.2 grants a hearing.
