The learned Advocate appearing for the Corporation states that the temporary structures erected by the Respondents (subject matter of prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Writ Petition) have been demolished. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the undertaking/statement given by the Corporation is incorrect. If that be so, the Petitioner will be at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings against the Corporation.
