Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are present with their Advocate. Respondent No. 2 - Complainant is present with her Advocate. Marriage of Respondent No. 2 with Petitioner No.1 is already dissolved by decree of divorce and the parties have already reached the settlement. Respondent No. 2 present before Court accepts that she has already received Rs. 12,00,000/- accordingly and today in Court received two demand drafts for Rs. 5,00,000/- each.
