At the outset, learned APP submitted that, investigation of the present crime is completed and charge-sheet is ready. However, due to the restraining Order dated 30th January 2023 passed by this Court, the Investigating Officer could not file it.

She on instructions submitted that, if this Court permits then the investigating Officer will file charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today. The investigating Officer is permitted to file charge-sheet within said stipulated period. 3.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for 1/2
