1] The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that subsequently the Petitioner has been exonerated in the Departmental enquiry. This Court in its interim order dated 3rd March, 2006 has stayed the suspension order.

2] In view of the fact that subsequently, the Petitioner has been exonerated in Departmental enquiry, the purpose of the petition stand subserved.

3] In the light of the above, nothing remain in the Writ Petition for adjudication. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Rule disposed of. No costs.
