It is pointed out that, as per the order passed by this Court on 27th November 2018, Appellant has deposited the 'License Fee' of the total amount of Rs.2,05,860/- towards the transfer of license. 3.
In view thereof, the 'Competent Authority' of the RespondentMunicipal Corporation to take appropriate decision within a period of six weeks from today.
