(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay in filing the present Civil Application for extension of time from 5.1.2015 to 29 Jan. 2015;"

2] The civil application was filed on 28 January 2015. 3] At this stage, there is no question of seeking any such retrospective extension of time. Accordingly, this civil application is dismissed.
