On 30th July 2019, the learned counsel for the parties had tendered in Court the Consent Terms dated 30th July 2019. The said Consent Terms are titled as "Terms of Final Settlement Arrived between the Applicant (Husband) and Respondent (Wife)". The said Consent Terms were fled in both Revision Applications i.e. 65 of 2018 and 68 of 2018. However, by the said Order, only Revision Application No.65 of 2018 was disposed of in view of the said Consent Terms. 1/2
