06-IA-246-21.odt 2021 does not have serious objection if the learned counsel for the intervenor represents his case. In this view of the matter, the application is allowed to the extent that the intervenor is allowed to participate in the Anticipatory Bail Application No.46 of 2021. 3.

The learned counsel for the original applicant in A.B.A.No.46 of 2021 is directed to add the intervenor as a party Respondent No.2.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Mr Yogeh Patil, learned counsel, waives service for the added proposed Respondent No.2 in the main A.B.A.No.46 of 2021. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
