By order dated 23 February 2016 passed at the time of admission of the Appeal, this Court had issued rule in the Civil Application and granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (A).

This order was passed after hearing both the sides. The Appeal arises from partition proceedings wherein the Appellant is claiming 11⁄2

2 109 CAS 245-16 in SA 147-16 .doc share. After the ad-interim order is passed, no reply is filed opposing the Application. The ad-interim relief granted on 23 February 2016 shall continue as an interim relief till the disposal of the Appeal.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
