1] This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad i.e. to Dubai from 6.2.2018 to 12.2.2018, Hong Kong from 21.3.2018 to 28.3.2018, China from 16.4.2018 to 20.4.2018, Milan from 16.4.2018 to 20.4.2018 and to Holland from 21.4.2018 to 28.4.2018. 2] The record of indicates that, on earlier occasions this Court has granted permission to the applicant to travel abroad. The said Orders are annexed to the present application.

The learned APP does not dispute the said fact on record. 1/2

APPP.82-2018.doc 3] In view thereof, the applicant is granted permission to travel abroad during the aforestated period to the places mentioned in prayer clause (a) of the application on the following terms and conditions: (i) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to Dubai from 6.2.2018 to 12.2.2018, Hong Kong from 21.3.2018 to 28.3.2018, China from 16.4.2018 to 20.4.2018, Milan from 16.4.2018 to 20.4.2018 and to Holland from 21.4.2018 to 28.4.2018.

(ii) The applicant shall furnish his itinerary i.e. places where he intends to stay during this stay at Dubai, Hong Kong, China, Milan and Holland to the concerned Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station and on return, shall also keep the concerned police station informed.
